For custom dress return, we can only return 50% of the dress price, because custom dress can't be sold again, thank you so much for your understanding.
We are unable to take the return if you personally feel the dress does not look good on you, but actually there is no any problem on the dress, thank you for your understanding.
A. Measurements or Size.
Due to this is online shopping, the correct measurements or size is always the most important key to make the fitting dresses. So, it is very important that dear you give us your correct measurements or size according to our measuring guide and size chart. If buyers send us wrong measurements/size or you lose/gain the weight after you provide the measurements which results in a unfitting dress, I am sorry we are unable to accept return request.
We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the dress.
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
